When can I start drinking Coke after giving birth?

Not recommended at all if you're breastfeeding. I'm 1 mth plus pp and have just finished my confinement still avoid soft drinks bcos I'm breastfeeding my baby though I'm already drinking cold drinks which is fine bcos cold drinks becomes like your body temperature when it enters your stomach.

I love coke and before I gave birth, I can drink one can every 2 to 3 days. However now I tried to control because of BF and want to stay slim. lol
