Under 3 months old once hit 38 degrees and persistent need to bring in to hospital. Meanwhile dress lightly no swaddle for now and monitor ok. Give paracetamol or ibuprofen just lowers the fever, doesnt address the underlying problem (infecteion etc). Also please dont ice bath all, just light sponge with cool water if too heaty. 37.1 is not fever, and theyre naturally on the warmer side.
