When to do passport for my baby?

For newborn/baby their passport is free can just apply either lifesg app or ica website. My husband did when baby was few days old since the validity also 10 years. Within few days can already schedule for collection quite fast

It’s free as long as you apply before baby’s first birthday. Apply online and just use the ID photo app to make sure baby’s face fits into the frame

but what if baby face changes when he becomes older and the passport cannot be used anymore? still need to make a new one right (with updated photo)?
