when do you actually go into delivery room? my hospital package only covers first five hours then subsequently 50/hour.

Think all hospital is the same. Try to go into a delivery suite only when you need else your bill is super high. I was in and out for about 2 weeks on a daily basis and everyday is about once or twice a day. Average will have to stay there for about 4-8 hours. Bill was super high.
