Yes!!!! I even woke up one night (in my 6.5 months pregnancy) and screamed as I felt sharp pain underneath my lower left pelvic. I tried to poop but couldnt, the pain was intense. I woke up my husband as I was afraid something worse might happen. Thankfully, after sometimes the pain subsided. Applying warm balm, drinking warm water along with yakult did help.
Drink hot water 2 cups pag ka gcng super effective ingat lng bka mapaso then after mag bfast mag yakult.sure yan kc routine ko yan sa umaga poops. Then before sleep hot water ulit 1 cup for digestion po. Try camote din or papaya w/in d day sure po ma poops kayo.
nadudumi ako kapag nag yyogurt ako.. mumurahin lang, yung pascual original.. yun nadudumi ako right after kumain nun. tapos kapag umaabot ng 2-3 days, nainom ako ng delight na malaki.. pag umepekto kasi yun sunod sunod ang pag dumi ko, lahat ng naipon naiilabas.
Same as me. Then, I found out that I have haemorrhoid 🙊. It’s normal because of our baby’s growth and iron med. I eat prune as my doctor’s suggestion and it works. But if it doesn’t work for you, the doctor will give dulcolax syrup.
you need more fiber in your diet. example of fiber foods are oatmeal and cereal. also include probiotics like delight, yakult and yogurt. it will help your stomach fight constipation. it can also make you poop instantly.
very effective for constipated when pregnant is fresh buko juice from coconut tree.. every morning pagka hiding mo before ka mag intake nang kahit among food....pero b4 drinking be sure na uminom ka muna ng konting maligamgam na tubig
I make overnight oats. I just mix rolled oats with milk, plain yogurt, fruits and store it in the fridge for 8hours and eat it for breakfast or snack. I never felt comfortable with my bowel movement after eating this.
it is very effective to me....o di kaya pag gusto mo na talaga mag popo pero mahirap talaga e labas...drink atleast 3-4 times glass of water before ka mag popo siguradong smooth Ang pay popo mph...based on my own experience
Hi ive been constipated for 1 week, like really cant poop, try to drink prune juice and more water, and consult your doctor coz might be your vitamins are the reason of it. So they can change it too.
U need to increase ur daily water intake as the water also goes into increasing the amniotic fluid for your baby too and this can cause u to be dehydrated and constipated as well.
