Zara Kids has a lot of pretty stockings/tights for babies and kids. I am a big fan of Zara in general and their clothes are usually of great quality and lasting so I reckon it's the same for the Kids line. You can check their website for inspiration: http://www.zara.com/se/en/kids-c616521.html Singapore doesn't have an online Zara store so maybe you can check the actual ones. They have lots of outlets in Singapore, my favourite is the one in Vivocity.
