What’s a good band of stockings for babies up to 18mons?

Zara Kids has a lot of pretty stockings/tights for babies and kids. I am a big fan of Zara in general and their clothes are usually of great quality and lasting so I reckon it's the same for the Kids line. They have lots of outlets in Singapore, my favourite is the one in Vivocity.
