Graveyard shift

What’s your insight mga mommies sa night shift? I work as a freelancer and that’s why I have to work during nighttime kasi yun ung oras na umaga sa america (where my clients are). But I get 8 or more hours of sleep. Please wag po negative. Nagbasa naman ako online na it can be done.

I know it’s not advisable. Pero I think I will stick with my schedule for now. Mahirap mawalan ng work. I’ll just read more articles about this. Thanks sis.
