I had to dislodge a hard candy from my 1st born when he was 2 years old...firstly we must not panic...I put him on my lap (face down) and give him a few hard slaps on his back...thank God it came out...No more candies from there on... My second child choked on calamari...but because I could still see one end of the calamari in his throat.. I just dig it out of him...he gagged and it came out...thank God
Read moreI’m afraid if I pat and don’t do it right, it will cause baby even more discomfort. And also by the time ambulance comes, it might be too late :/
Pat her back. If there’s something in there, try to get it out. Call the ambulance if it starts to get too serious.
Perform rescue actions & get someone else to call the ambulance
Only call ambulance if really cannot handle on my own
Pat babys back and get someone to call for ambulance
Do heimlich maneuver first and call 995 concurrently
pat and if it doesn't work then call the ambulance
Ambulance or rush to hospital after just to check
And call ambulance for help at the same time
