i had PreciousOne (dates supplement) for both of my pregnancy. and a handful of ajwa dates daily. 7 per day. as i couldnt swallow obimin and it literally leaves an awful taste afterwards. other than that, i try as much to have more fresh veggies or green leaves and fruits in each meal(watermelon and pomegranate).

My gynae gave fish oil pill and calcium too apart frm obimin frm 1st tri onwards. Ate those throughout pregnancy.

gynae will provide.. usually multi vitamin and fish oil
