What are the social skills kids should have by the time they enter P1?

I reckon by the time a child gets to primary 1, he or she should be able to be comfortable in a social setting for a longer period time compared to pre school or kindergarten. He or she should also be able to get along with other children and make connections with his teachers and peers. Also, he or she should be comfortable in a setting where they need to buy food at the canteen and interact with "strangers" like the canteen aunty etc.
