My relatives from Canada are coming over this weekend. They're excited to come over for Pinoy dishes which they can't always eat abroad. Any suggestions for hearty and healthy Filipino dishes that I can serve them?

hi you can prepare adobo, ginisang munggo and fried galunggong,kare kare for lunch/dinner. if breakfast I suggest sinangag,longanisa,tapa and tuyo with matching tomatoes and vinegar

You can let them try Adobo (Chix or Pork), Sinigang na Hipon and Menudo.
