Fresh milk. LO was exclusive BF(direct latch), when turned 1 feed her fresh milk when she wakes up in the morning. Then slowly afternoon and then night. In a way wean her off latch to sleep as she will drink fresh milk from the straw cup before washing up, changing and sleeping. Any brand is fine as long as your LO willing to drink. Every brand of fresh milk has a slight different in taste, so up to your LO which brand he/she prefers. As for my LO, she drink almost any brand. If we bring her out in the afternoon, we will bring and feed her UHT fresh milk instead. At home then will be fresh milk.
