What medicine should a child below the age of 5 years old NEVER take?

Anything that is not prescribed by the doctor, for sure. As for over the counter medications, I'd only use the specific ones made for kids. I know some parents will use the adult versions out of convenience but they will give a smaller dosage to their kids but I find this very risky. Therefore, I am very strict about only using medicine made strictly for kids and stuff the doctor has prescribed.
