What do it means by placenta is upper segment and AFI adequate?? I am in a last month pregnant,. Please help

It means that your placenta is in a good position (away from the opening of the cervix) and the amount of water in thewater bag is good. All happy stuff:) congrats on the last leg of your pregnancy journey!
