I am 40 weeks pregnant is still not get labour pain, I walk and do different things and also sometimes I got pain in vagina and ma rigth side thigh and waist, please anyone can suggest

Gynae recommend my wife to do squat and lunges before she was 40 weeks . But since u are at 40 weeks , try walking stairs? With assistance from others
