I personally bought Kotex overnight panties and a few belvea cold pads. Kotex overnight panties can buy extra since it will also be useful for normal menses (heavy flow). As for cold pad, I didn’t stock up a lot because they ain’t cheap and if emergency c-sec is required, u won’t need it anymore.
