fish suitable for baby

Hi want to ask if "haruan" fish is suitable for baby consumption? My mil insists that it is good, just bcos it is good for people after surgery. Im only currently feeding my baby salmon, threadfin fish and cod fish only. My baby is 9months

Actually any deep sea fish is ok. But there are some saying too much cod fish not very good.

You can try giving to see if your baby likes it. The fish is nutritious too.

Too many bones so not practical actually.
