Baby Constipation

What to do if my 3 month old baby is constipated? Any food to avoid since he's drinking breastmilk? He's on half formula and half breastmilk.

Hi... breastfeed babies don’t poop everyday day. They might go without poop for up to 14 days. If it’s more than 14 days, please bring your child to see a doctor
