Skipping Kkh Appmnt
What happens if we skipped an appt? Because it will only be seeing the doctor, no scan for that day. Im staying in the west 🙄 I'm week 32

Gynae will use doppler to hear your baby's heartbeat, measure your belly and when you're almost to full term, 37 weeks, that is when your cervix will be checked whether dilated already or not. even if only see doctor they would do a quick scan in the room not in the antenatal clinic. it’s to see how baby is, fluid levels and all. But if u miss its ok, I skipped many appointments. Best to go during late 3rd tri since u r closer to labor
That's odd. Every appt I went, doc always scan to check fetal heartbeat rate, weight and position. And also check mother's protein level through urine test and blood pressure. It's important to not skip appt.

Hello! KK mum here too. Gynae will usually scan, esp now in 3rd trimester to ensure that all is well. Best is not to skip any appointments!!
The gynae will still do a scan for you in their office clinic.
They will scan even clinic appointment only, they have ultrasound scan inside room, they will see if everything fine
