Which hospital will you be delivering at? You can use Thomson medical hospital checklist as reference (https://www.thomsonmedical.com/delivering-at-thomson/hospital-bag-checklist). Do get perineal bottle. It’s very helpful. I did not bring nipple cream and shield to the hospital but overall it’s up to you.
Comb, Kotex overnight panties (for discharge day), skincare and charger. I brought along perineal spray but didn’t use.
Nope! Mine was natural. I put it in the hospital’s fridge and the first spray almost sent me to heaven 😂. I just used warm/cold water with soap instead (my friend told me it heals faster if you use Dettol which it did for me). I only had pain 20 hours after birth, no painkillers because it was 4am and I was allergic to panadol and they couldn’t prescribe me anything else since Dr was asleep lol. I managed to sleep with the pain and the next day was just sore with no pain.
