Exercise In First Trimester

What exercise did you do in your first trimester? Was it something new you introduce or continued?

I was dd yoga/HIIT/running/gym before my pregnancy but I didn't continue. My pregnancy was thru IVF and I was a lil more cautious. I walk alot instead and also do alot of stretching. Tts the only 2 exercises I do as I run out of breath easily. I tend to experience hard breathing & heavy panting occasionally. I just go with something that I am comfortable and not overwhelmed.
