everyone is different.for some it would be candy while others would be something sour. u just need to explore and get out of ur comfort zone to find whats best for u and ur baby. also do eat small portions in an often manner.

I prefer sour, it help to stop my Nausea but at the same Time it reduce my Hb also :(

you can try eat apples.. bcoz I'm also like u always feels vomit..
