contractions? 37 weeks

What does contractions feel like? Kasi nasakit puson ko every now and then tapos naninigas. Is this the braxton-hicks? Thank you!

Timer ka sis. Kung yung interval ng kada cotraction is under 5mins, naglalabor ka na. Pero kung once or twice sa isang oras at hindi naman kada oras nagcocontract, braxton hicks lang sya
