pregnancy headache and cramp

What did u do with your headache and stomach cramp? Actually not that cramp but super uncomfortable but can't find explain how. I don't want to eat panadol. Any other solution?

Try warm ginger tea and sleeping? I’d just take the paracetamol though. The normal plain one. It’s perfectly fine.

Ya. I try to sleep. Sleeping is the best to eliminate all my symptoms. Do u have headache throughout your pregnancy?
