Confinement Nanny - SHN Cost

Hi Mummies. Anyone getting nannies from Malaysia and have to bear the SHN cost of $1,700 (inclusive of swab test)? Or is this cost borned by confinement agencies? Many thanks in advance!

Low blood pressure if first trimester

I’m 6wks now. But i’m feeling very uneasy. Likely due to low blood pressure. Prior to pregnancy, my blood pressure is normal. What should i eat to up my blood pressure?
