I try to be creative po sa presentation ng food.. I cut it into shapes na nakukuha naman po ang atensyon nya☺️ Sinasabayan ko din po sya sa pagkain ng veggies para po kapag nakikita nya na nasasarapan ako nagagaya din po sya. Nagluluto din po ako ng mga dishes na di nila aakalaing may veggies pala😂 nanonood lang po ako sa YouTube para makakuha ibang ideas.
I used to sneak veggies in different meals when I was feeding my little cousin. My Tita used to finely chop veggies like sayote or upo which she used to mix with rice. Kids, especially toddlers, oftentimes have to get used to eating different veggies before they like the taste so what we did was to introduce one veggie at a time.

Best way is to start early. By introducing variety of veggies at an early age, there's a great chance that your kid will grow to like eating them. As much as possible, start and 6 months and delay sweet fruits. No sugary stuff for kids below 1 year old
I also started to introduce veggies to my babies as their first food, until they got used to eating it almost everyday. Vegetables and fruits alternately during their first year. And yes, as much as possible no sweets yet.
