What's the best way to potty train? My toddler urininates in the pot but I can't get him to poop in the pot. I have a grip of diapers still and I use them currently and try to potty train him while using diapers still, I bought training pants but I wanted to use the diapers up first... Any suggestions?

if you want my suggestion, i will say get rid of the diapers completely and train. my older one was potty trained by 2 years, and the younger one was potty trained by 15 months. you can take your baby to the bathroom at regular intervals and create specific signals to signal toilet and poop time. place your baby on the seat and tell him that this is poop time and he can sit there while poop happens. sing poems, talk, read a book out loud, just encourage him to sit on the seat each day at the same time. slowly his body will form a routine and he will also get more comfortable with the toilet seat concept.
