Yung pakiramdam na hindi ka maka-poop

What's the best thing to do kasi natatakot nako maulit yung 2weeks constipation ko dati i had more than 8 glasses a day naman, halos hourly fruits, sabaw and gulay, kasi paranoid na talaga ako pag hindi nako naka-poop sa isang araw. #advicepls #pleasehelp
