diet as much as you can... sa akin I was advised by my OB to eat half rice, tapos match box size meat per meal; and more on veggies. iwas muna softdrinks, juices na matamis, chocolates. ❤️
Eat plenty of fruits tsaka stay hydrated, aks k sa doctor mo or do a research
1/2 cup of rice per meal lang dear. Then more veggies.
