What is the best cloth diapers or nappy you have tried and would recommend for new born ? And why?

I bought Moo Moo Kow at the fair during April, baby due next month and will start using when I am more familiar with her pooping schedule. I feel customer service is most important although its unique features are attractive as well (chemical free, waterproof and breathable fabrics, greater savings and more economical). Abby has been really really really very great help, she is extremely patient to my queries and even advise me further (this was before I bought).
