In general, the first teeth loss could be as early as 4 years old and as late as 7. And it would usually start with the lower centre teeth (as those are commonly the first to emerge). Then, there will likely be another round when the child is 5 years old and continue till all the permanent teeth have grown out (likely stop around 13 years old). Some children lose their first tooth as early as 4 or as late as 7. Generally, the younger the child was when the teeth came in, the earlier they fall out. If your child begins to lose teeth before 4, consult a dentist to make sure there's no underlying problem. It's also possible for a child to reach age 7 or 8 without losing any baby teeth. There's probably nothing wrong, but it never hurts to check in with your child's dentist to make sure.

Each child is unique, it varies differently for each individual. Typically if they starts teething early, they may starts losing it early too. Milk teeth may starts to fall when they are in Kindergarten. It still varies depending on the eruption of you baby's tooth. Usually, milk teeth fall out by four years old to six years old and starts from the lower center teeth, the first two to erupt. Also, milk tooth falls off if the permanent teeth are ready although there are times that accidents happen and our kids get their teeth knocked out.
