Dark brown discharge becomes more red and bleeding

Went to nuh a&e yesterday due to brown discharge becoming mix of more blood. And more bleeding happened yesterday. Dr mentioned to only come back if bleeding is pad full. Had some cramps today and felt menses-like bleeding. Is this a red flag? Should i go back to a&e again today?

Please just go back to doctor to check, in order for you to have peace of mind. Better safe than sorry.

To be safe, please call check with your gynae and have a lot of bed rest! It could go either way!
