I have the same issue too, but usually I'm hungry when I wake up in the middle of the night, so I'll just eat some bread or cereals with milk and I will go back to sleep, but also not immediately. maybe you can get some balm for relaxing and apply, massage yourself before you go to bed to make you more relax and sleep better.
its normal… maybe try drinking some hot tea before sleeping or try clearing your head when u’re unable to fall back asleep
