Hi mummies! Urgently need opinion. Is watery stool normal after immunisation and rotavirus vaccine? N hw long will last?

I’m not sure how long it’ll last but try to wash baby’s bottom with water and soap instead of using wet wipes. Apply diaper rash cream after every change as well. Watery stools can be quite harsh on his skin
