Constipated?

Wat to do po? I cant really poop, puru naman po ako water and and yakult but still wala pa dn nangyayare. Can somebody help me please ?

Fruits like papaya. Or rich in fiber. Ganyan talaga pag preggy moms dahil yan sa vitamins.

Kain ka na lang ibang fruits na rich in fiber. Umakain kasi ako ng papaya when im pregnant.
