Anong month po ba need uminom ng Anmum?

Just wanted to ask if nirerequire ba ni Ob niyo na uminom ng Anmum or other prenatal na milk? Sukang suka kasi ako sa gatas. I'm 19 weeks along my pregnancy pero as of now wala pa naman sinasabi ob ko na mag anmum, but I'm worried na I might need more calcium than I am consuming. Thank you mamshies! 💓

Hi. Yung ibang OB kagaya sa amin po hndi masyado pinag anmum kasi baka sumobrang laki si baby. Pero may calcium supplement po na nireseta sa amin starting 2nd trimester. Stay safe po. God bless
