29month boy can't speak full sentences . Ixxit speach delay?

My niece similar by 3 she started sentences & by 4 she talks non stop . There are studies on speech & social skill delays in covid babies , my son is 26 months he sings songs and I can see he’s trying to talk but not like his friends who have siblings . I am giving it a while.

it's normal, my son 3 yo couldn't take full sentences, once he was in n2 , he talk like a train already
