What kind of food/drinks to have?

Usually after work will be having dinner outside instead back home to cook, what are some of the foods or drinks outside that will be healthy for baby? Currently, I try my best to drink juice and eat less oily food but still keep thinking it will be not nutritious for the baby.

Hi I try to take soupy soup if I eat outside like fish soup, Yong tau foo. Ban mian this kind. I try to cook more at home too. Steam fish and stir fry vegetables. Else no time to fry I jus steam everything, fish and veggies all steam.

For fish soup - avoid Batang fish if stall sells them as this fish is high in mercury content :) Instead opt for snakehead fish fillet 生鱼片 Fyi :)
