Would say to let the kids figure out on their own, but gently help them along the way. There are many reasons to why a child could be acting that way and the last thing we want to do is to push them into a corner.

I think it’s fine if the child is fine, but if the child is unhappy, parents should help him improve his social skill

I would observe and guide them along the way. There is no need to worried as every child has a different pace to grow

Have to check if they are bullied or its just their nature who is not outspoken or likes to socialise

Focus on this and slowly ease your child into play dates with other kids to build his social skills

I'm very meek and don't really like people in general 😂 so I don't mind being an introvert

I don't think you should be worried because it won't help, just guide them along the way.

Definitely yes, but slowly train them when they are at playground or family gathering

Kids should be sociable when young. It helps them a lot when they’re older.
