Week 7 Fetus no heartbeat

Unfortunately, my baby has no heartbeat and fetus could not be found. I was advise to do a vacuum aspiration by Mount E specialist but the cost is 2.5k with no medisave deduction as it will be done in the clinic itself. After researching forum, I went to KK hospital today but it’s fully booked till first week of march for first consultation. Is there other options for me? Can i really wait till 12 weeks to settle this abortion?
