my supply also increased around week 2-ish? but the on week 3/4 I had the flu and skipped a lot of pumping for a few day and it made my supply dropped.🥲 Dont stop/skip pumping... now Im trying to increase my supply again

Mine was from Week 2 onwards. I ensure I eat well, pump constantly to get the milk production flow increase. Otherwise as recommended have fenugreek, lactation cookies/tea to stimulate milk flow.

Dont be disheartened, do what you can and dont pressure yourself. Sometimes it can also be what we are eating thus the milk production. You can read up more on it so you can try different method to stimulate milk production.
