Morning. Best when taken on empty stomach 1 hour before meal. Mas absorbed ng body.
After dinner. Or kht sa umaga pde din bsta after meals and wag daw isasabay sa calcium.
Morning..peo dpat empty stomach pra mas lalo maabsorb..tas 1 or 2 hrs pede kna kumain

After dinner sis.. Pampatulog ko din po yun.
After dinner. Kasabay ng vitamins ko 😊
After 2hrs pagkakain ng lunch
Ako bago matulog ko iniinom.
