Pwede pong maghugas, pwede pong hindi. May perineal sprays po kasi na serves as feminine wash na rin. I am using it twice a day, after maligo at bago maglagay ng panty liner o sanitary napkin o magsuot ng underwear. You can do 3 sprays then use clean cloth or tissue to pat dry your down area. Dito mabilis gumaling yung tahi ko. I’m using Buds & Blooms Perineal Spray. ☺️
