If in position na si baby you're good for ND pero meron din mga dapat iconsider like health status mo, if hindi nagpulupot cord ni baby, health status ng baby mo. Indicated po if CS ka or ND after 3rd tri ultrasound mo. If ND naman meron pa din ECS if di kaya e ND. Make sure you are exercising para kayanin mo ang ND
