Turning 33 weeks na ang tyan ko at kanina kakatapos lang ng checkup ko. 29cm yung sukat ng tyan ko, and wag ko na daw masyado palakihin sabi ng OB. haaaay kelangan na talaga mag diet lalo na at malapit ng manganak. Sino po kagaya ko ng sitwasyon na hirap mag diet?heheh

Basta po eat healthy. Wag po yung tinatawag nilang "empty calories" like sweets, candies, junk food. Eat more fruits. Kapag po gusto magngatngat ng something, get some fruits nalang po or nuts instead of mga cupcakes, or chichirya.
