Baby tummy time

Tummy time is after or before feeding? And what is the gap (how many mins) before or after feeding? I read online to do after feeding. But then lets say baby wake up 1pm to eat then eat+burp one hour so it is 2pm. Then after feeding my bb always want to sleep😂 so no chance to do tummy time. If i am in luck i can do it after her shower only.
