Confused

My tummy /baby is turning 4 months on the 26th this november, but still I'm confused,coz i think my tummy is too small. I did not consult to OB yet.. i am worried.. ?

Much better po to consult to ob gyne specially for the first trimester. Pra malaman nyo po ung lagay nyo and ni baby. Need also the trans v.
