Honestly it depends. Some parents are only willing be pay below average rates while expecting world-class education, seriously?

SINGAPORE school system needs a Tuition teacher who knows the system and teach from that vantage point

I would mostly prefer experts as they will have the best subject knowledge that my child should have

As long as there is a proven track record (even a university student with straight As)

I had uni students giving me tuition before, and I still managed to decently well

Familiar with the syllabus and also have chemistry with the kids is most impt.
