I think it depends on your baby. If your baby is feeling constipated most of the time, it's best to offer lakatan. But if your baby doesn't really get an adverse reaction from eating latundan, then why not? Oldies say cavendish is "malamig sa tiyan" but I'm not really sure how true this is.
